If you select files in the website forms, the current forms save only their filenames with your enquiry, not the file contents. If you email files separately, those files are received through email. Studio account details are used to protect the private inbox.

If you use the AI question tool, the text of your question is sent to an AI service to generate an answer. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a question.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, prepare quotes, manage client projects and keep a record of our correspondence. We use account information to secure the private studio inbox. Questions sent to the AI tool are processed to answer them; its responses are informational and are not a confirmed quote. Our reasons for processing may include responding to your request, fulfilling an agreement and legitimate business interests, subject to applicable law.

Enquiries are stored in the site’s managed database and visible through a restricted studio inbox. Website hosting, database, email and AI service providers may process information as needed to run these functions. We do not sell your personal information.
